Cochrane Road Self Storage opened in May 1997 and is a partnership between Charles J. Toeniskoetter, Chairman of Toeniskoetter Construction, Inc. and Chairman of Toeniskoetter Development, Inc., and Willian F. Kenney, a self storage pioneer based in San Mateo.
Kenney is also a former president of the national Self Storage Association and an experienced self storage operator.
