Moving companies like our facility as we planned ahead to accomodate tractor-trailer rigs of up to 75' in length. Please ask us for references or referrals if you desire.
Lighting is a major concern of ours. Our hallways feature skylights for natural lighting in addition to hallway mounted and individual unit lighting.
Our units feature full ceiling insulation, epoxy sealed flooring to act as a moisture barrier, plus individual door alarms and fire sprinklers. There is no need to put items on pallets at our facility. We've alleviated that need for you. All of these features bring forth a unit that provides year round moderate internal temperatures.
You lock your own lock and maintain complete access to your stored property.
Our state of the art security system helps to ensure that only you, and any persons you authorize are the only ones who may gain access to your stored belongings.
Our standard height units are 10' tall, higher than the industry standard of just 8'. Additionally, we offer units with 12' tall ceilings. The door height on our 10' units is almost 8' while the door height on our 12' units is almost 10'.
Our 12' high units are popular as a 'home away from home' for boats, trailers, jet skis, motorcycles, ATVs and more. The extra wide driveway makes taking these items out for the weekend and returning them to storage a breeze.
